PURCHASING
online
purchases can be made using a paypal account or by credit card, using the paypal
shopping cart. please
feel free to ask us any questions about the product or the ordering process
by contacting us below. orders are usually
processed within 1-5 days of receiving your order; most delays occur when orders
are received on days that our shop
is closed, or when volume is particularly high. we will make every effort to
process your order as quickly as possible.
some items have limits on how many a customer can buy, please be respectful
of that as we would like to accommodate
as many different people as possible for certain limited or specially-priced
items.
on occasion, the item you ordered may be out of stock, in which case we will
call or email you and issue a refund.

SHIPPING
1. shipping is non-refundable, and
paid by the customer.
2. SPEED: our default shipping method is US mail with delivery confirmation,
which takes 2-9 days within the US.
occasionally we use UPS, generally for orders of higher value. please contact
us if you need a faster shipping
method or if you want to receive it by a certain date, and we can give you options
for a shipping upgrade.
3. INSURANCE/LOSS: unless you contact us to specify that you want to pay for
insurance, packages are by default
uninsured and unfortunately we cannot assume liability for loss. thanks for
your understanding.
4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: our shopping cart and shipping calculations are set
up for domestic orders only,
so if you are ordering from outside the U.S., please expect to be contacted with a shipping cost separately,
as international orders will check out with no shipping cost. International shipping will be calculated afterward.
feel free to contact us to get a more accurate international shipping quote, before you complete
your order.
Please be aware that customs fees may apply once the package reaches you; this depends on the tariff rules in your
country. The customer is responsible for any taxes incurred.
5. ADDRESS: please verify your correct shipping address before you complete
your purchase. We will make all efforts
to
accommodate shipping address corrections but we are not liable for errors made by the customer when
filling out their address details.
6 . if you have any other special requests in terms of shipping options,
please contact us and we'll do our best to fulfill your request.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
please read our returns policy—because of the tiny nature of our operation,
we cannot afford to be very flexible
with returns. no returns on books, music, art, accessories, and general merchandise,
aside from defective items!
Unworn clothing and shoes purchased online may be returned or exchanged for
store credit only—unless otherwise
specified—only if you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item,
and return it to us within 14 days of the order
ship date. goods must be in perfect unworn/unused condition with all original packaging
intact.
store credit is valid for one
year from the issue date, and buyer pays shipping.
store credit only on discounted/sale clothing/shoes. no returns on sale items
40% off or less, please.
